Platform Usage
The platform is provided for operational management of naturecure centres. Users are responsible for ensuring that data entered is accurate and lawful.
Access & Accounts
Access credentials must be kept confidential. Naturecure Tech is not responsible for misuse resulting from shared or compromised credentials.
Data Responsibility
Centres retain full ownership of their data. Naturecure Tech acts only as a technology provider and does not assume responsibility for clinical decisions or treatments.
Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
Limitation of Liability
Naturecure Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Modifications
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
